"Website" refers to any of the websites owned and operated by Cupcake Organic Divine Skin Care Ltd, including but not restricted to www.cupcakeorganic.com.
"Net order value" is the total value of the order after deduction of any discounts, deals or special offers but before the deduction of any vouchers issued by Cupcake Organic. The net order value is used to calculate carriage and delivery charges.

Cupcake Organic use information from history recorded in literature from library records across the globe to enlighten the reader to the culture and history of flower and essential oil benefits. Users may download, view and print materials for their own personal, non-commercial use. The contents must not be used for commercial or business purposes without prior written permission from Cupcake Organic.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
All orders for goods shall be subject to these terms and conditions. No variation of these terms and conditions shall apply unless agreed in writing by Cupcake Organic Divine Skin Care.
Cupcake Organic Divine Skin Care Ltd guarantee that all goods on offer are as described on the website and are fit for their intended purpose. Should any product fail to meet our high standards it will be replaced immediately. This does not affect your statutory rights.
PAYMENT
Payment for goods ordered can be made by any major credit card or debit card.
In the event of payment being declined by your card issuer, Cupcake Organic shall not be responsible for any costs or inconvenience caused by a subsequent delay in dispatch.
DELIVERY METHODS - UK MAINLAND
In general orders are dispatched on the day after they are received, however at busy times this may not be possible. We try to get orders out within 24/48 hours and apart from holiday times, most orders should reach you within one week from ordering, also allowing for weekends/bank holidays etc.
Orders sent by Courier need to be signed-for on delivery unless you give us special instructions to leave the goods without them being signed for. Where such a request is made, Cupcake Organic cannot accept responsibility for any loss of or damage to the delivery.
Orders in the UK can be sent via Standard Shipping/ Recorded/ Special Delivery through Royal Mail. We use DHL Couriers for wholesale/heavier items which provide a tracking system for the order placed which enables us to keep track of orders efficiently. Choices of shipping can be selected at check out.
DELIVERY CHARGES AND METHODS - OVERSEAS
Orders to Europe/USA/Rest of the World can be sent via Standard International Recorded & International Airsure, delivery via the Royal Mail. For wholesale orders we also use DHL Worldwide couriers which provide a tracking system on orders. Choices of shipping and/or courier can be selected at check out.
TAXATION ON ORDERS DELIVERED OUTSIDE OF EUROPE
Recipients of orders sent to destinations outside the EEC (including the Channel Islands) are responsible for any local taxes that are due on the goods. '
UK purchase tax (VAT) is not charged on such orders. VAT is deducted at the Checkout stage of ordering - after the delivery country has been specified.
CANCELLATION OF ORDER
If you are based within the EU: An individual or a shopper buying for themselves rather than for a business, has the right to cancel within seven days or seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer).
EU residents wishing to cancel an order under these Regulations should return the goods to Cupcake Organic Divine Skin Care / Returns Department, PDS Distribution Ltd, 14-16 Verney Road, London SW16 3DZ, United Kingdom in their original packing and in their original condition.
RETURN OF GOODS
Cupcake Organic will refund or replace any products if:
1. They were purchased direct from us within the last 7 days
2. They are returned to us in their original, unopened and in re saleable condition
3. They are returned with a completed Return Form. For a return form please email info@cupcakeorganic.com
4. They are returned with the original receipt
Cupcake Organic will not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to goods returned in this way until they are received at our above address, and we strongly recommend that returns are sent by Recorded Delivery or some other means of tracked delivery system.
Once we receive the goods in saleable condition, a refund for their cost will be made to your credit/debit card.
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to Cupcake Organic. Please note, we do not refund any carriage charges paid.
